The experience in the kitchen can’t be beat. We start with the best! All our beef comes from 44 Farms, the largest Black Angus provider in Texas. The highest quality cattle, humanely raised, fed an all-natural diet, and hormone and antibiotic free. Such high quality, they supply seedstock around the country and around the world to improve herds.
