Expertise, creativity, and a lot of tasting – it’s been a sacrifice! Seriously, ask about our single barrel offerings and special liquors. We’ve spent more than a few hours tasting, touring, and selecting liquors and wines we believe you’ll like.
And take a minute to look over the cocktail menu. You’ll find Texas representation in every section of the menu. The bar is no exception!
Feel free to talk with the bartenders. They can offer suggestions, create your own favorite cocktail for you, or introduce you to something new they think you might like.
The Food is Top-Notch
Tastes like Fort Worth! And that sets a pretty high bar! All of our beef comes from 44 Farms here in Texas. Excellence is above reproach. Cattle receive the highest quality, all-natural feed. And they remain hormone and antibiotic-free.
1845 can compete with the best! Select from perfectly seasoned and finished Filets, Ribeyes, including our 36 oz Tomahawk Ribeye, and NY Strip Steaks. Our Smoked Prime Rib keeps diners coming back. Sandwich selections include a Prime Rib Texas Dip and one of the best Cheeseburgers in Flower Mound.
And then there is the 30 oz Smoked Pork Chop finished over an open flame and smothered in smoky plum sauce. Irresistible.
Blackened Redfish is served over dirty rice with a crawfish spicy cream sauce. Lockhart Quail and Smothered Chicken, Blackened Redfish, and Entrée Salads. You’ll find something for everyone at 1845.
