Smoked Prime Rib – The Best You’re Going to Find in Texas!

A variation –

“Enjoyed my dinner here really love the Prime Rib Dip. Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Christopher, our server, did a great job…They did this interesting thing where they put a bottle with lights in it on your table so they would understand you were celebrating something special. I thought that was a nice touch.” The 2nd Ed

First up, one of our top Menu Favs is our Prime Rib, smoked slow and about the best you can find around DFW! Fan comments include: “The best you’re going to find!” and “The house-made horseradish sauce was a great addition to the prime rib.” And we love this one, “I had the 16 oz prime rib and, well…there was nothing left!”

Smoked Pork Chop – Pictured Above

This is finished over an open flame and topped with a spicy plum sauce. Just one comment needed – “The 30 oz pork chop coated with a fantastic spicy rub that can only be described as pure delight to the senses! Plus, it came with delicious plum sauce, both sinfully delicious and yet heavenly at the same time. The rub is OUT of this world!”

Grilled Squash - Fierce competition among the sides!

“All the sides are killer and unique.” However, consistent high marks go to this simple yet perfectly grilled and finished side of Squash.

1845 is known for flavors that are uniquely Texas. As such, chefs have seasonings and rubs mastered, garnering kudos in nearly every fan favorite review!
