Speaking of Cocktails
Let’s look at a few of the options. Best to start with one of the “new”est.
The New Old Fashioned is here, and we call it the New Fashioned! A mix of Osadia, Reposado, and Anejo Tequilas. Add in Amaro Nonino and Delongi Rouge Vermouth and then age it in a barrel for at least a week. This last step increases the sweet, and rounds out the flavors. Yet another great drink from 1845 Taste Texas. Best Happy Hour in Flower Mound every day from 4 to 6, half-price drinks.
Because we like history so much, and you can see our focus is on Texas, let’s talk about Bonnie and Clyde. Legends in their own right, you can conjure up some stories from your own past over these tasty cocktails.
Bonnie Parker starts with a delicious small-batch American craft Vodka. Texan really, from the Western Son Distillery just north of here in Pilot Point, Western Son Blueberry. Add to that some Grand Marnier, Lemoncello, Lemon, Lavender Bitters, and a few fresh blueberries and you’ve got one fine cocktail.
The Clyde Barrows cocktail is just as memorable. Again, the base is local Western Son Blueberry Vodka, and then we add lemon, red wine, and a pick of fresh blueberries.

Tomahawk Ribeye, 36 oz with its graceful long bone. It’s one of the juiciest cuts with a deep rich beef flavor.
Ribeye, 14 oz – With an abundance of marbling that melts into lean rib meat. A satisfying steak every time.
Filet, 7 and 9 oz - Beautiful, buttery smooth, and fork-tender with subtle flavor. Our 1845 filet will melt in your mouth.
NY Strip, 14 oz - Has a bit more texture than a filet, is leaner than a Ribeye, and offers larger portions to satisfy your hunger. Can’t go wrong here.
Smoked Prime Rib, 2 or 16 oz, the most sought-after is never a bad choice!
