Poblano Meatballs have been here from the beginning and keep guests coming back week after week. Really. They are smoked slow and low, fried, and best of all, served with jalapeno jelly and honey ranch. We garnish with a little green onion and cilantro. You’ll love them!
A true Texas Dining experience has to include Dr. Pepper! And at 1845, we created the perfect Dr. Pepper glaze to complement Pork Belly. You just have to try it. Sliced green onions are sprinkled on top and 2 toasted slider buns are on the side.
You might know Lockhart, Texas as the Barbecue Capital of Texas. And it has some truly excellent BBQ restaurants. It’s just about 30 miles south of Austin. And Lockhart is also home to some pretty amazing quail. We prepare Lockhart Fried Quail drumsticks with our own batter, hand dip, deep-fry, and then drizzle these crispy delicacies with spicy honey.
Ivan’s Fried Jalapenos are Texas-sized and hand-battered, then deep-fried. These are a must-try if you are visiting Texas for the first time. 1845 House Ranch comes with this favorite.
