What a refreshing tribute to this great country’s 28th state! You’ve probably noticed a Texas theme at 1845. Designed like Dallas. Tastes like Fort Worth. From the art on the walls to the music on the patio, most things have their roots in Texas. And the same is true for the food and drinks.

By default, then, it is also Steak Wednesday! After all, we are a modern steakhouse serving some of the finest beef Texas has to offer. “Perfectly seasoned,” “mouthwatering,” and “able to cut with a butter knife,” are phrases used by our customers! Find your favorite pair from the following -
36 oz. bone-in Tomahawk Ribeye - tender and full of flavor pairs well with Cabernet Sauvignon or a Zinfandel.
9 oz. Filet – works with a nice Pinot Noir.
14 oz New York Strip – add a Cabernet Sauvignon and the two strike a good balance.
16 oz. Smoked Prime Rib - It’s true that, once again, Cabernet Sauvignon would be the obvious choice. And you would probably be happy. But consider trying a Merlot or Malbec as well.
